Maxa Distribution Australia supply Maxa heat pumps which are designed to satisfy the winter and summer air conditioning needs of modern industrial, commercial and residential installation.  Extremely versatile and suitable for hot water production for winter heating and cold water for summer cooling of the environment; and for domestic hot water production. Inverter technology combined with the brushless DC motors ensures very high energy efficiency, allowing for reduced electricity consumption while maintaining high performance.

HWA1-A/H INVERTER HEAT PUMP

Air-cooled reversible heat pump for outdoor installation

The high efficiency air-cooled chillers and heat pumps of the HWA1-A and HWA1-A / H series are made for cooling and heating water. They are designed for outdoor installation. to withstand the outdoors with profiles of hot dipped galvanized or polyester powder coated steel sheets. Available in 24 sizes – 12 chillers and 12 heat pumps – to satisfy all system requirements in commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.

HWA-A/H INVERTER HEAT PUMP

Air-cooled liquid chillers and heat pumps with axial fans

The new multi-compressors chiller line doesn’t need any water tanks thanks to the partialisation from 6 to 10 steps. The management software manages the compressors working cycle according to the load requirements and lets them start alternatively to guarantee an equal number of working hours.  They are fitted with internal overheat protection and crankcase heater if needed, installed on rubber shock absorbers.

The most compact and best performing on the market, the i-32V5 reverse cycle heat pumps have 12 models and are designed for residential and commercial applications. The new i-32V5 system is the ideal solution to match with radiant/fan coil systems, with power supply from electricity network and/or from renewable sources.

New Air/Water heat pump with DC inverter technology and low GWP R32 refrigerant for outdoor installation. The range consists of 4 models with DC inverter compressors of hermetic scroll type specifically designed for operation with R32. The fan is of axial type with airfoil blades, specially shaped to increase the efficiency and reduce noise with electric motor driven in modulation with directly coupled brushless EC motor.

The i-32V5C Midi air-water chillers represent an innovative solution in the chiller range for both comfort and process applications. The great flexibility of equipment combined with the “FULL INVERTER” nature of the series and a unique form factor make the Midi series integrable into any system. The basic version allows to reach a minimum water temperature of +5°C, while in the BT (low temperature) configuration this value can be reduced to -8°C.

The new i-32V5 MIDI system is the ideal solution in combination with radiant floor/fan coil systems, with electricity supplied from the network and/or from renewable sources.

HCN

Modular terminal units slim/reduced

The basic units are supplied without air filter in order to allow the customer to choose between the available filtering sections as accessories; even the remote control is an accessory. It has a self-supporting structure made of galvanized sheet with thermal and acoustic insulation (version S) or sandwich double panels 20mm thick with outer painted sheet; with ceiling/wall mounting holes, of contained dimensions and optimized encumbrance. Drain pan made with dual slope. Heat exchange coils with high efficiency made of copper tubes and aluminium fins, standard connections are located on the right side. Centrifugal fans with double air inlet aluminium blades of large diameter with 3-speed, mounted on elastic supports and dampers.

HCNA

The HCNA are small air handling units, which can be freely configured. It is possible to select between 2 motors (6 Poles or Brushless), 2 types of housing cases (S or D), the version of 2/4 pipes and a wide range of coupled accessories. The wide flexibility combined with the full range of capacity rating is the HCNA winning idea that allows to find the best solution for suiting your needs.

The fan motor is of the three-speed type with an AC motor for the OTA1 version, while in the OTAE1 version the motor is of the EC type driven with a 0-10V signal. The air taken from the outside is filtered before release into the environment to further guarantee better air quality.

CADDY

The Caddy range of technical storage tanks allows various energy sources to be integrated into the same tank, in order to be able to produce domestic hot water instantly. The operating principle is based on the presence of several heat exchangers. In the upper part there is a finned exchanger immersed in the technical water. A second exchanger, located in the lower part of the storage tank, is dedicated to the energy exchange. Finally, the entire volume of the tank consists of technical hot water, which is usually kept at temperature by the heat pump.

The Barrel range is one of the most useful devices to be installed for a complete hydronic heat pump system. The main use of the Barrel is the preparation and storage of hot water for domestic sanitary use. The steel tank is treated with a vitrification process that makes it perfectly suitable for storing hot water inside. Inside the boiler, a heat exchanger with a volume and surface area suitable for use with the heat pump is installed.
